Labor safety

Training center The construction and technological business school conducts training and verification of knowledge of managers and specialists on labor protection. The training program was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of 13.01.2003 N 1/29 "On Approving the Procedure for Training in Occupational Safety and Testing Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements for Employees of Organizations". We draw your attention to the fact that the Construction and Technology Business School is accredited by the Ministry of Labor for the provision of occupational safety training services.

After completing the training, the trainees are issued a safety certificate (sample) and a copy of the knowledge verification protocol with the participation of the representative of the state inspection. The period of validity of the certificate for managers and specialists is 3 (three) years.

Training on labor protection is conducted in accordance with: • Art. 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation: "The employer is obliged to provide training in safe methods and techniques for performing work and providing first aid to victims at work, conducting safety training, internships at the workplace and checking knowledge of labor protection requirements"; • Art. 225 of the LC RF: "All employees, including heads of organizations, as well as employers - individual entrepreneurs, must undergo training in labor protection and testing knowledge of labor protection requirements <...>"; • Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of January 13, 2003 N 1/29 "The procedure for training in labor protection and testing knowledge of the requirements for labor protection of employees of organizations." Training and testing of knowledge of labor protection requirements, according to Resolution 1/29, must be passed by all employees of the organization, including its head. It is important to remember that the responsibility for the organization and timeliness of training of employees of organizations is borne by the employer in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Failure to fulfill the duties imposed on the employer is grounds for bringing him to administrative responsibility under the following articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation:
